I really love how passionate you are about eating well.

I am SUPER impressed that you cook all your meals for the week.

I've never been much of a buyer of organic stuff but you are making me re-think that.

thanks again for another fab podcast!

I have to cook all my meals. It got to be so difficult eating on plan at work and my running and energy was suffering. The final straw was gaining 10 pounds. I have to make myself a priority. That means cooking well. Cooking like a foodie. Delicious amazing meals better than what I would get at a restaurant. It makes sticking to it a pleasure instead of a punishment. Same for eating organic. It tastes better. I am fuller and with food prices it isn't much more if I shop right. Maybe an extra 30-50 a month and I'm feeding three people organic!
